Based in Huddersfield, Ahmad Athir joins us as our Microsoft 365 Cloud Support Engineer, strengthening the AspiraCloud IT support team.
With over eight years’ experience in the fields of IT and support, Ahmad has worked in several industry sectors, boosting his skill set and knowledge of Microsoft products along the way.
He will be working on the AspiraCloud IT help desk, offering first line IT support to our Cloud First Support clients. Responsible for handling day to day support calls and resolving a variety of IT issues, Ahmad is focussed on delivering the best IT service to maintain business as usual for all our customers.
And in just his first week – he has already received fantastic feedback and a five-star review!
A self-confessed petrol head with a passion for driving, Ahmad recently enjoyed taking his Mercedes C63 S for a European city break on the Autobahn. When he’s not answering your calls or washing his car, Ahmad can be found working out at the gym while listening to the best of hip hop, grime and RnB on Capital XTRA. In a previous role, his office offered a hospitality-worthy view of the Huddersfield Town football ground – if only he liked soccer.
