First Line IT Support.
Lucas Fortescue joins the AspiraCloud team as one of our first line IT Support Technicians, responsible for helping existing customers to resolve any IT issues they may be experiencing.
With over six years’ experience in service desk support, Lucas has worked with several national charities and other companies around the UK providing IT support services. Lucas will be working closely with Mariska and Hanzala on the AspiraCloud IT Service desk, logging support calls, managing tickets and addressing all IT issues for our customers.
A self-confessed techie, Lucas is ITIL qualified and enjoys programming, web development and dabbling in AI when he’s not gaming on his PC.
Fluent in both English and Swedish, Lucas is also a seasoned traveller and enjoys running, rock music and playing his guitar in his spare time. A dedicated KFC fan, he is also partial to sipping a latte and avoiding avocados.
