Enable, Empower, Elevate
Too many organisations are stuck in a cycle of reactive IT – fixing what breaks, paying for tools nobody uses, and never quite getting the value they expected. Our programme breaks that cycle, taking you from solid foundations through confident teams to strategic advantage – at your pace and on your terms.
How we take you from where you are to where you want to be
You don’t need to understand the technology – that’s our job. What matters is that your systems work, your people are confident, and your organisation is moving forward. Here’s how we get you there.
First, we understand where you are
We assess your current setup, your challenges, and your goals – so everything that follows is built around your organisation, not a template.
Enable:
We make it work
We get your technology foundations right – reliable, secure, and properly configured so your team can focus on their actual work without daily frustrations.
Empower: We make your people confident
We train your team to use their tools properly, embedding new ways of working until the technology becomes something they rely on rather than fight against.
Elevate: We help you get ahead
We bring strategic thinking, automation, and AI into your operations – turning technology from something that keeps the lights on into something that drives your organisation forward.
What sits within each tier
Each tier brings together a set of services designed to deliver a specific outcome. You don’t need everything – we build the right combination based on your priorities, your budget, and what your organisation actually needs right now.
Enable
Get Operational
This tier covers Cloud-First IT Support, cloud migration, device management, cyber security, backup and recovery, connectivity, and Teams Phone. It’s the platform everything else builds on.
Empower
Get Productive
This tier covers bespoke workshop training, Change Champions programmes, Microsoft 365 application training, and user adoption support. This is our specialism – backed by one of only two UK Microsoft competencies in Change Management and User Adoption.
Elevate
Get Strategic
This tier covers strategic IT consulting, Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption, and workflow automation through Power Platform. This is where technology stops being a cost and starts being an advantage.
Transforming processes
Your programme, your pace
Enable, Empower, Elevate isn’t a rigid package you buy off the shelf. It’s a flexible programme that meets you where you are and grows with you.
Some organisations need all three from day one. Others start with one and add as priorities shift. The programme flexes to your budget, your timescales, and what matters most right now.
Start wherever the need is greatest
You don’t have to begin at Enable – if your infrastructure is solid but your team needs training, start at Empower and build from there.
Scale at your own pace
Move through the programme as your organisation is ready, not because a contract tells you to.
Mix and match across tiers
You might need security from Enable, training from Empower, and Copilot adoption from Elevate – we build the right combination for your situation.
It works across every sector we serve
A law firm sorting out compliance, a trust unifying 30 schools, or a charity stretching its Microsoft licensing – the framework adapts to the challenge.
No lock-in, no pressure to upgrade
Every stage delivers standalone value – you’ll never be sold something you don’t need just to make the programme work.
Continuous improvement built in
As your organisation evolves and Microsoft’s platform develops, we review and refine what you need across all three tiers to keep you moving forward.
How it works across the sectors we serve
The framework is the same, but the way it’s applied is shaped entirely by your sector. The priorities of a multi-academy trust look very different to those of a law firm or a national charity – and our approach reflects that.
- Education: Unified technology, teacher training around the academic calendar, and strategic planning for trust growth.
- Charities: Maximised non-profit licensing, practical training for stretched teams, and every technology pound working harder.
- Regulated Businesses: Compliance-ready security, training that supports billable work, and AI adoption for modern practice.
Frequently asked questions
‘Enable, Empower, Elevate’ is a different way of thinking about IT services, so it’s natural to have questions about how it works in practice. Here are the ones we hear most often.
Do we have to start at Enable and work through in order?
No. If your infrastructure is already solid but your team isn’t using Microsoft 365 properly, you can start at Empower. If you need strategic guidance before anything else, start at Elevate. The programme meets you where you are.
Is this more expensive than traditional IT support?
Not necessarily. Many organisations are already paying for tools and services across all three tiers – they’re just not getting the value from them. The programme often consolidates and optimises what you’re already spending rather than adding cost on top.
Can we start small and add more later?
Absolutely. Most clients begin with one or two tiers and expand as their priorities evolve. Every tier delivers standalone value, so you’ll never be paying for something that only works as part of a bigger package.
How is this different from what other IT providers offer?
Most providers focus almost entirely on Enable – keeping systems running. Very few invest in training and adoption, and fewer still offer strategic consulting. The Empower tier is where we fundamentally differ, and it’s backed by a Microsoft competency only one other UK partner holds.
