The Methodist Church migrates to a modern Microsoft workplace

Bespoke training drives user adoption of new Microsoft 365 service

AspiraCloud is delighted to be working with The Methodist Church and welcomes them as our latest non-profit customer.

Headquartered in London, The Methodist Church supports approximately 2,335 ministers and support staff across the UK. As part of a major IT modernisation plan, AspiraCloud has supported this registered charity migrate user mailboxes from a dated, centrally provided IMAP service into an existing Microsoft 365 central tenant.

In the run up to the migration, AspiraCloud created an online portal for support, FAQs and basic training, that features customised support videos, such as how to login to Outlook, how to setup MFA and how to connect email to a smartphone. We also provided access to our knowledge base, to offer a self-help service in order to accelerate user adoption and enable staff to confidently use the new email service.

AspiraCloud will go on to provide The Methodist Church with a custom version of our Cloud First Support service, a bespoke IT help desk to securely manage remote and office working. This cost-effective IT support service offers complete confidence that all data, software, devices and Microsoft 365 applications are managed and secure.
