We would like to inform all our Cloud First Support customers that we be making an adjustment to our support pricing with effect from the 06 April 2025.
Cloud First Support is our IT help desk service, offering customers dedicated support to ensure your IT systems remain reliable, available, secure, and compliant.
Support charges will rise by 5% from 06 April 2025 in line with the cost-of-living increases.
AspiraCloud has always looked to absorb the ever-increasing running costs of the business to maintain our pricing structure for our customers. However, with the increasing financial pressures we are all facing, we have taken the decision to apply a price increase for our IT support services.
Explains Adrian Edgar, CEO at AspiraCloud: “As a business, we understand the pressures all organisations are under to manage budgets. We do not take support pricing increases lightly and we know that many of you are having to do more with less – so we have kept our increase to an absolute minimum.”
In the meantime, we will be completing all upcoming Microsoft license renewals for our customers in advance of the forthcoming Microsoft price realignment. Due on 01 April 2025, this will ensure our customers avoid this Microsoft price increase for as long as possible.
