Russell Finex adopts central M365 tenant and boosts their IT support with Cloud First Support for IT Pros
AspiraCloud is thrilled to welcome a new customer!
Established in 1934, Russell Finex is a leading designer and manufacturer of market-leading vibratory sieves, separators, ultrasonic mesh deblinding systems and liquid filters. A global brand, Russell Finex provides separation solutions to more than 140 countries for almost every industry around the world.
Currently operating on two separate Microsoft 365 tenants, the AspiraCloud project will see us consolidating the organisation onto a brand new, single M365 tenancy together with the necessary work to implement an effective Data Loss Prevention plan and robust modern device management using Microsoft Intune.
Following an extensive discovery phase, our Microsoft 365 migration experts will work closely with the manufacturer’s IT team to ensure a safe and secure migration, and introduce a secure, modern digital platform – while maintaining a distinct identity for users. We will also be implementing Microsoft Purview to set up Data Loss Prevention polices and prevent any unauthorised use of company data.
All this work can be undertaken remotely with no disruption to the business and no down time for users.
AspiraCloud will also deliver a series of bespoke, workshop style training sessions for both for end users and technical support staff, to address any challenges, drive user adoption, empower all employees and ultimately maximise the value of this new Microsoft 365 cloud solution.
Russell Finex has also adopted our Cloud First Support for IT Professionals service, a dedicated IT support package for their in-house technical team. This fixed price, second line support service offers supplementary IT support, professional expertise and additional skills to assist their IT team as and when required.
Adrian Edgar, CEO at AspiraCloud explains: “We are delighted to be supporting Russell Finex with their digital modernisation programme. With a central tenancy in place, the organisation can enjoy a newer freedom to share content and collaborate securely, delivering real business value. Combined with Cloud First Support for IT Professionals, this global manufacturer will get the expert IT support it needs quickly, helping them to confidently build more cloud first developments. We look forward to empowering all users to take full advantage of their new M365 cloud solution.”
