Growing Multi Academy Trust migrates 17 schools to centralised Microsoft 365 tenant
AspiraCloud welcomes another education customer!
AspiraCloud is delighted to be supporting Xavier Catholic Education Trust with a major Microsoft 365 migration project to strengthen, secure and simplify their IT environment across the Trust.
Based in Surrey, this large Multi Academy Trust currently comprises fourteen primary and three secondary schools, with strategic growth plans to manage a total of twenty-nine schools by 2030. Today, fifteen schools operate their own individual own Microsoft 365 tenants, and the remaining two primary schools are Google schools.
AspiraCloud will be migrating each school, including mailboxes, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams content, as well as Google docs and Gmail, onto a brand new, central Microsoft 365 tenant. All this work can be undertaken remotely with no disruption to the schools and no down time for users.
Adrian Edgar, CEO at AspiraCloud comments: “We are thrilled to be working with Xavier Catholic Education Trust and seamlessly integrating all their schools onto a single, centralised Microsoft 365 tenant. Not only will this project significantly simplify their complex IT environment, but will also enable teachers, staff and students to securely collaborate with all the schools within the Trust, driving productivity and cost efficiencies.”
Working with around 100 Multi Academy Trusts, independent schools, universities and colleges, including The King Edward VI Foundation, Francis Holland Trust, Bridge Academy Trust, Academy Transformation Trust, and Bath Spa University, AspiraCloud is dedicated to empowering education institutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning through technology.
