Cloud First Support for IT Pros provides expert IT support specifically for your in-house technical team.
This fixed price, second line support service offers supplementary IT support, professional expertise and additional skills to assist your busy or growing IT team, as and when you need it.
Your IT issues will be remotely addressed by our team of dedicated, highly skilled IT experts. The team offers a wealth of experience of Microsoft cloud technologies across many different environments.
Support is provided between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, UK time. Additionally, as a Microsoft Solutions Partner, AspiraCloud has access to Microsoft Signature Cloud Support, providing critical backup 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
