AspiraCloud Showcases Microsoft 365 Expertise at the Schools & Academies Show 2025

Helen Stott

AspiraCloud was delighted to exhibit at the Schools & Academies Show (SAAS) 2025, held at the NEC Birmingham in November. Bringing together school and trust leaders, IT professionals and education partners, SAAS provided the perfect platform to discuss how cloud technology continues to reshape digital strategy across the sector.

Throughout the day, our team met with a wide range of schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, exploring how Microsoft 365 can enhance collaboration, strengthen security and streamline day-to-day operations. Conversations focused heavily on the real-world challenges schools face, and how our proven approach, structured around AspiraCloud’s Six Pillars, supports successful cloud adoption from start to finish.

Our Six Pillars for IT that just works.

Throughout SAAS 2025, we showcased how our Six Pillars underpin every engagement with schools and MATs:

  1. Strategy – Helping leaders develop clear, future-focused digital strategies aligned to trust-wide goals.
  2. Change Management – Supporting staff through the people-side of digital transformation to ensure confident, sustained adoption.
  3. Cloud Migration – Delivering secure, seamless onboarding to Microsoft 365, designed specifically for education environments.
  4. Device Management – Enabling schools to manage devices efficiently, consistently and securely across all sites with Intune.
  5. Bespoke Training – Providing tailored training sessions that empower teachers, support staff and IT teams to get the most from Microsoft 365.
  6. Cloud First Support – Offering ongoing, responsive support to keep schools running smoothly and make cloud-based working simple and stress-free.

These pillars helped shape meaningful conversations with education leaders seeking reliable, structured guidance for their digital journey.

Strengthening Connections Across the Education Community

The show also offered a great opportunity to reconnect with customers, meet new schools and collaborate with our trusted partners.

Patrick Boughton, Head of Business Development reflected; “It was good to see and meet with existing customers and people we are engaging with, as well as meeting up with our partners Salamander Soft, Cloud Design Box and ANME.”

For Luke Parry, Head of Education, the event was a milestone moment; “From my perspective, it was great to meet the team in person, do my first event with AspiraCloud, and reconnect with some new faces, and some old faces too.”

Daniel Watkis,Customer Empowerment Lead, reflected on emerging trends at the show;
“It was brilliant to see so many educators engaging in the CPD-style sessions around the big changes happening in education. One thing that really stood out this year was the growing number of third-party AI tools entering the market. While innovation is always exciting, many of these products replicate functionality already available within Microsoft 365 Copilot, but with added costs and added risk. It reinforced just how valuable the built-in, secure and education-ready tools in Microsoft 365 really are.”

Their comments capture what SAAS is all about: collaboration, shared innovation and supporting schools to succeed.

Helping Schools Move Forward with Confidence

Across the day, visitors were keen to explore how AspiraCloud helps schools and MATs:

  • Move securely to Microsoft 365
  • Improve safeguarding, data protection and compliance
  • Streamline processes through automation and better workflow design
  • Enhance classroom practice with the right digital tools
  • Reduce administrative burden and improve efficiency
  • Build sustainable, long-term digital strategies

These conversations highlight the continued demand for expertise, clarity and trusted support in an increasingly cloud-focused education landscape.

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us at SAAS 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed the discussions, the shared ideas and the opportunity to support schools planning their next steps.

We’re excited to continue these conversations at Bett 2026, taking place in January at ExCeL London.

If you didn’t get chance to speak with our team at the show, we’d love to connect and explore how we can support your cloud journey.
