AspiraCloud has introduced a new management team to support its continued growth and help customers get even more value from Microsoft cloud technology.
AspiraCloud has always focused on practical, people-centred technology; listening carefully, understanding how organisations work, and delivering secure Microsoft cloud services that make day-to-day work easier.
The new structure brings clear leadership across education, operations, technical delivery, development, support, administration and marketing. It will help the business stay close to customers as it grows, while keeping service quality, security and user adoption at the heart of every project.
A team focused on customer outcomes
Led by CEO Adrian Edgar, the management team includes Luke Parry, Head of Education, who will continue to support schools, multi-academy trusts, colleges and universities with practical Microsoft 365 advice, training and Sales.
Matt Dunkin, Chief Operating Officer, leads operational delivery and the technical and projects team. He is supported by James Emmett, Head of Service Delivery, and Mariska Karagiannakis, Head of Support, who help ensure projects and support remain responsive, well-managed and aligned to customer needs.
Chris McKinley, Chief Technology Officer, leads the technical team, including research and development. Daniel Watkiss, Head of Training and Empowerment, will focus on helping customers build confidence and realise the full value of Microsoft technologies and AI-powered tools in their everyday work.
The wider team also includes Gill Payne, Office Administration Manager; Helen Stott, Marketing Manager; and Kevin Edgar, Non-Executive Director, who brings additional strategic guidance and external perspective.
