For Law Firms
Your team should be practising law. Not managing IT.
AspiraCloud is a Microsoft 365 partner already working with law firms and law centres across the UK, helping them meet compliance requirements, protect client data, and get on with the work that matters.
The IT pressures most law firms are dealing with right now
Cyber security and client data protection
The SRA require firms to have appropriate measures in place to protect client information. GDPR adds another layer. Without the right configuration, achieving and evidencing that standard is harder than it should be.
Document management that doesn’t hold you back
Scattered files, inconsistent version control, and documents that are only accessible from one desk or one office create real risk. Matter files need to be secure, structured, and available to the right people at the right time.
Hybrid and multi-office working
Fee-earners working across offices, at home, or on the move need reliable, secure access to everything they need. Legacy infrastructure wasn’t built for that, and the workarounds that fill the gap tend to create more problems than they solve.
Compliance admin eating into billable time
Lexcel standards, and
Cyber Essentials obligations takes time that could be spent on clients. The right systems reduce that burden considerably, without leaving anything to chance.
Infrastructure that hasn’t kept pace
Many firms are still running on outdated setups, some patched together over years, that cost more to maintain than they deliver. Modern practice management requires a modern foundation.
How we help law firms get more from Microsoft 365
Secure cloud migration with minimal disruption
We plan and deliver migrations carefully, working around your firm’s schedule. W H Matthews & Co were fully migrated, including 1.2TB of data across two offices, within a single month.
Matter-ready document management
SharePoint is configured around how your firm works, with structured matter libraries, version history, audit trails, and granular permissions that meet compliance expectations from day one.
Microsoft 365 security configured for SRA and GDPR
Multi-factor authentication, data loss prevention, encryption, and conditional access are all set up in line with SRA and GDPR requirements, so your compliance posture is built into the system, not bolted on later.
Device management and remote wipe via Intune
Every device in your firm is managed, monitored, and secured. If a laptop is lost or stolen, it can be remotely wiped before it becomes a data breach.
A single platform for calls, collaboration and documents
We consolidate your phone system, collaboration tools, and document management into one integrated Microsoft platform, removing the cost and complexity of maintaining separate systems.
Cloud-first support,
no in-house IT required
Our managed support service means your firm gets proactive, responsive IT support without needing anyone in-house. We handle it, so you don’t have to.
Bespoke training and change management
We design role-specific training for fee-earners, support staff, and partners. We’re on hand on day one, and we don’t consider the job done until your people are genuinely confident with the tools they’re using.

A Microsoft 365 partner with genuine legal sector experience
AspiraCloud works with more than 100 law practices across the UK. We’re a Microsoft Solutions Partner, Cyber Essentials Plus certified, and listed on G-Cloud 14 as an approved public-sector supplier.
We understand SRA requirements, GDPR obligations, and what Lexcel accreditation demands from an IT perspective. We’re not a generalist IT provider that happens to have a few legal clients. This is a sector we’ve built real depth in, and the firms we work with know the difference.
Questions we hear from law firms
How does Microsoft 365 help with SRA and GDPR compliance?
Microsoft 365 includes the controls the SRA and ICO expect, including multi-factor authentication, data loss prevention, encryption, and audit logging. We configure these specifically for legal practice, so compliance is built into the environment rather than managed separately.
Will it integrate with our case management system?
Most modern UK legal CMS platforms, including LEAP, Clio, Actionstep, and Peppermint, integrate directly with Microsoft 365. Documents stay in the right matter, emails file automatically, and your team works in the tools they already know.
How long does migration take?
It depends on the size and complexity of your firm, but a well-planned migration causes minimal disruption. W H Matthews, a 30-person firm with 1.2TB of data across two offices, was fully migrated within a month.
Do we need an in-house IT team?
No. Our Cloud First Support service provides proactive, fully managed IT support for your firm. We handle day-to-day issues, security monitoring, updates, and strategic planning, so you don’t need anyone in-house.
How do you support staff adoption after migration?
We design bespoke, role-specific training for every engagement. Fee-earners, support staff, and partners each receive sessions tailored to how they actually work. We’re present on day one and available throughout, because a successful migration is only successful if people use the tools well.
Not sure whether your current setup is where it needs to be?
We’re happy to take a look. A discovery call takes around 30 minutes, there’s no obligation, and you’ll come away with a clearer picture of where your firm stands.
