Ashley Johnson joins the AspiraCloud team as our Infrastructure and Hardware Support Technician, focussing on supporting new and existing customers get the most out of their investments in new technologies.
Hailing from Yorkshire but now settled near Scarborough, Ashley has been in IT for over ten years. From desktop support to service desk team leader, he has worked for a number of MSPs, ISPs, start-ups and large corporates across the UK.
Ashley will be working closely with Darren, our Customer Technology Lead, undertaking project work and site visits to ensure all our customers are confidently set up and ready to make the most of the Microsoft cloud. An IT Support expert, he’ll also be available to address and resolve any issues our customers may experience with their infrastructure.
A self-confessed petrol head with a passion for driving, Ashley has just attained his HGV driving licence. When he’s not working, we can find him playing Squad, a tactical wargame on Steam. He’s also a developer for the Just4Fun Squad community, attempting to make the game across battlefields more challenging for the players. Addicted to coffee, Ashley is also the proud owner of three axolotl lizards – although by the recent discovery of eggs – it’s likely to be a few more in the very near future.
