Customer Support Lead.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Mariska Karagiannakis joins us as our new Customer Support Lead to strengthen the AspiraCloud IT support team.
Now settled in leafy Berkshire, Mariska boasts over 12 years’ experience in IT support across many sectors, including the construction and automotive industries.
She will be working with our colleagues on the AspiraCloud IT help desk, responding to support tickets and resolving a variety of IT issues to deliver the best IT service and support in order to maintain business as usual for our customers.
From Teams telephony and endpoint management, to setting up Microsoft Teams and ownership, Mariska is ready to help our customers get the most out of their investment in Microsoft 365.
When she’s not answering your calls, we can find Mariska in her hot tub enjoying a large gin. A dedicated food lover, both eating and cooking, she also enjoys painting and already has a few pieces framed on the wall. She speaks fluent Afrikaans and gives up her weekends to be a carer supporting the more vulnerable in the local community.
