New approach to IT modernises teaching and learning environment.

AspiraCloud is thrilled to welcome Cheltenham College as its latest education customer.

Founded in 1841, Cheltenham College is a day and boarding school for girls and boys aged from 3-18. Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, this independent school has over 1,000 students attending its prep school and college and was recognised as the Independent Boarding School of the Year in 2022.

Working in partnership with Cloud Design Box, AspiraCloud will be helping Cheltenham College update their incumbent SharePoint intranet used for document and content management.

We will look to reorganise the school’s existing SharePoint platform and content in a secure and governed way, prior to migrating all the restructured content onto modern SharePoint sites.

This new intranet solution will make it easier for staff and students to work, learn and collaborate. Acting as a central resource, teachers will be able to easily find, access and securely share department content from any location.

Chris McKinley, Operations Director at AspiraCloud comments: “We’re delighted to be working once again with our partner, Cloud Design Box, and together helping Cheltenham College migrate and modernise its IT to create a compelling teaching and learning environment for both staff and students.”

This SharePoint intranet project has already commenced and is due to complete by Summer 2023.
