Centralised Microsoft 365 tenant for three independent schools

AspiraCloud is delighted to welcome the Francis Holland Schools Trust as our latest education customer.

Established in 1878, the Francis Holland Schools Trust today comprises three leading independent girls’ schools in two central London locations. Welcoming girls from reception age through to sixth form, the Trust accounts for around 1,300 pupils and 165 teaching staff across its three schools.

As part of a plan for improved collaboration and sharing, AspiraCloud will be responsible for preparing the IT environment and subsequent migration of the Trust’s Central Services Team, along with each school, from individual Microsoft 365 tenants and Google environments into a single, centralised Microsoft 365 tenant. Our team of Microsoft 365 specialists will set up Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Cloud Provisioning, in order to synchronise users and passwords and migrate all content from Teams. We’ll also support users once the switch to the new tenant is complete.

Adrian Edgar, Managing Director at AspiraCloud comments: “We are delighted to be working with Francis Holland Schools Trust on their migration project. With an optimised IT environment, the Trust can significantly improve collaboration across the schools, while creating a secure, robust and modern digital learning environment for staff and students.”

Already working with numerous independent schools, MATs, universities and colleges including Cheam School, Academy Transformation Trust, and Bath Spa University, AspiraCloud is dedicated to helping education institutions cost effectively improve the quality of teaching and learning through technology.
