Centralised Microsoft 365 tenant for Primitas Learning Partnership

AspiraCloud is delighted to welcome the Primitas Learning Partnership as our latest education customer.

Established in September 2021, Primitas Learning Partnership is a growing Multi Academy Trust located in the district of Burntwood and Lichfield, South Staffordshire. There are currently seven academies in the Trust, including 3 secondary schools and 4 primary schools.

The Partnership manages a variety of Microsoft 365 tenants to provide IT services to the schools. As part of a plan to optimise the Trust’s IT and allow for greater collaboration, AspiraCloud will be responsible for preparing the environment and the subsequent migration of all seven schools under one directory onto one, central Microsoft 365 tenant.

Existing mailboxes, One Drive, SharePoint and Teams content for both staff and pupils will be securely migrated by our team of Microsoft 365 specialists, one school at a time, with no down time. The user accounts for each school will be migrated to form one large, but strategically segregated Global Address List for safeguarding purposes.

Adrian Edgar, CEO at AspiraCloud comments: “We are delighted to be supporting the Primitas Learning Partnership with their M365 migration project. With a centralised IT environment, the school can create a secure, robust and modern digital learning environment for staff and students.”

Already working with around 100 schools, Multi Academy Trusts, universities and colleges including the King Edward VI Foundation, Bridge Academy Trust, Academy Transformation Trust, and Bath Spa University, AspiraCloud is dedicated to helping education institutions cost effectively improve the quality of teaching and learning through technology.
