AspiraCloud celebrates its tenth anniversary

Deborah Jepson

We’re delighted to be celebrating our tenth anniversary this month! Congratulations to us!

Founded in 2011, as a spin off to the successful blog series by the late, great Dave Coleman MVP, Chris McKinley and Darren White together set up SharePointEdutech, as we were then known, offering customised SharePoint solutions to a few select education customers. including the Arts University, Bournemouth, King Charles I School, and the Selinsgrove School District in the US.

CCL Compliance became our first SMB customer, and we helped them build the start of their SharePoint solution to meet strict financial regulations. After meeting Dave through a SharePoint in Education user group set up by Ray Fleming at Microsoft UK, Adrian Edgar joined the business early in 2012 as we started to grow.

Ten years down the line, we’re now known as AspiraCloud. With several Microsoft Gold partner awards under our belt as well as our most recent SDS Advanced Partner award, we today support over 200 schools, colleges, law firms and other regulated companies on their cloud journey. We help them adapt to the changing digital environment and adopt new Microsoft Cloud solutions and services, such as Teams and Power BI, to design the right, most cost effective and successful cloud strategy for their business.

Comments Adrian Edgar, Managing Director at AspiraCloud: “We work with many organisations, including several top UK schools, well-respected law firms, large multi-academy trusts and an international pharmaceutical company. No matter the industry, we share a common goal: to get more out of the Microsoft Cloud. From email migration and serverless environments, to secure remote working and device management, we help simplify and secure the cloud to drive productivity and collaboration to help our customers build the modern workplace.”

Happy Anniversary AspiraCloud!
