AspiraCloud helps Greenwich Housing Rights improve communications with Microsoft Teams Phone.

AspiraCloud Limited is delighted to be supporting local London charity, Greenwich Housing Rights and Plumstead Community Law Centre, with a new telephony solution to improve communications across the organisation.

Set up in 1983 and funded by the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the Legal Aid Agency, Greenwich Housing Rights is a registered charity providing free legal advice and representation in housing matters for the local community in the London Borough of Greenwich.

AspiraCloud will be transferring their existing telephony system to Microsoft Teams Phone to offer enhanced and cost effective calling for the 17-strong staff and volunteers. With automated answering and a domestic calling plan in place, minutes can be shared to optimise user calling costs for this charity. Online training sessions have also been delivered to ensure the team is rapidly up and running and confident in using the new Microsoft Teams Phone system.

Microsoft Teams Phone is a cloud-based calling solution that helps organisations easily make and receive outgoing calls from Microsoft Teams, as well as internal communication between colleagues. It provides a way to connect your telecoms services to Microsoft Teams, offering the ability to call people outside of your Microsoft 365 tenancy and the flexibility to access your calls from any internet-enabled device.
