Our Cloud First Support service is a single supplier IT support contract focused on a “cloud first” approach.

It includes a bespoke IT help desk service that suits your needs, supporting hybrid working environments to securely manage home and office working as well as remote teaching and learning.

We also provide support for all Microsoft 365 services and local networks, as well as Windows based device configuration and support using Microsoft Intune.  The principles to be applied are:
