King’s College school now has access to superior IT services from AspiraCloud

AspiraCloud is thrilled to be helping yet another school with our Cloud First Support service.

AspiraCloud has already worked with King’s College school to successfully migrate both SharePoint and Exchange, including all content and mailboxes, to the Microsoft 365 cloud. Cloud First Support is an extension to these IT services we already offer the school.

Since adopting Cloud First Support from AspiraCloud, King’s College school now has access to a team of technical support experts, who can offer Microsoft 365 advice and remotely resolve any technical issues they may experience. This pay-as-you-go contract offers a cost-effective IT service for this prestigious preparatory school based in Cambridge.

Adrian Edgar, Managing Director at AspiraCloud comments: “After a successful migration project, we’re delighted to continue working with King’s College school and offer our IT services. With 120 staff and around 400 pupils, the school IT team can now focus on more strategic plans, confident that they have the back up of our Cloud First Support service to keep the school up and running should anything go wrong.”

Our Cloud First Support service allows schools to seek a level of IT assistance that is best suited to their needs. For larger Multi Academy Trusts and Universities with their own in-house IT team, this could be just an additional service to seek expert advice, whereas for smaller independent or local schools, it could cover all aspects of IT provision from network and infrastructure management all the way to end user support and training.

Find out more about our flexible Cloud First Support service for the education sector or even visit our exhibition stand SA53 during Bett 2023 and discuss your options in person with the team. We look forward to seeing you there!
